You may request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery. Late requests can’t be accepted. |

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories/tags/packaging intact and resellable. |
| Non‑returnable |
Custom items; damage from misuse; loss due to incorrect/incomplete address; requests based on natural inclusions/handmade marks/no certificate; orders involving redeemed loyalty gifts, etc. |
| Non‑defective returns fee |
As each piece is made‑to‑order, non‑defective returns are subject to a 30% deduction from the refund (materials, labor, international shipping costs, etc.). |
| Return process |
Email [postmaster@yanjjewelry.com] with your name and order number. After approval, we’ll provide a return address. You must ship back with tracking and share the tracking number, otherwise we can’t process it. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. |
| Shipping cost |
Non‑defective returns: customer pays return shipping (outbound cost is included in the 30% deduction; return‑to‑us shipping is paid separately). If we shipped wrong / transit damage: we cover shipping after verification (unboxing video/evidence required). |
| Timeline |
We reply within 2–3 business days after request. After receiving and inspecting the return, refunds are issued within 72 hours. PayPal/bank posting usually takes 3–7 business days. |
