| How to measure your wrist |
Wrap a non‑stretch string/paper strip around the widest part of your wrist, mark the overlap, then measure the length with a ruler. For a comfortable fit, add 1–2 cm. |
| Standard sizes |
Our bracelet lengths are typically 17.5 cm (fits 14–16 cm wrist) and 19.5 cm (fits 16–18 cm wrist). If you need a special size, leave a note at checkout or email us for customization. |
| About certificates |
Some collections are designed with multiple natural stones. Third‑party lab certificates typically apply to a single mineral and may not represent the full composition of a multi‑stone piece—and they increase cost. Therefore, these pieces do not come with third‑party certificates. |
| Materials |
We use natural stones and carefully select quality materials. Natural inclusions and patterns are normal characteristics of genuine stones. |
| Handmade notice |
Every piece is handmade and may show slight handcrafted marks (e.g., minor asymmetry). This is part of the “handmade character.” If you prefer industrial‑perfect uniformity, please consider carefully before ordering. |
| Natural variation |
Bead size and natural inclusions (cloudiness, tiny fissures, mineral patterns) vary from piece to piece. Photos are for reference. Minor differences are normal, and we select high‑quality materials for every order. |
| Stringing & durability |
We use imported 7‑strand jewelry steel wire (non‑elastic) for strength and flexibility. Still, please avoid water/chemicals and hard pulling. For interchangeable‑charm styles, avoid hanging heavy items. |
| Treatments |
In the bead industry, some natural stones may undergo common stabilization/strengthening (e.g., filling) to improve durability. We try our best to select higher‑grade materials with minimal treatment whenever possible. |
