Return and Exchange Policy

 

We understand that choosing your desired items requires peace of mind, so we have established this clear agreement. Please read it carefully.

 

1. Return/Exchange Period

 

We offer a 7-day return/exchange service starting from the date you receive your designer jewelry order. Requests beyond this period cannot be accommodated. Please refer to Section IV for return/exchange fees. Thank you for your understanding.

 

2. Return/Exchange Conditions

 

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all accessories, tags, and original packaging intact to ensure they remain resalable.

 

3. Exclusions from Returns/Exchanges

 

Returns/exchanges cannot be processed under the following circumstances. Please confirm before placing your order for women jewelry:

  • Orders where the item's condition affects resale.

  • Customized items (e.g., special sizes beyond those listed on the page, engraved products).

  • Damage caused by improper use.

  • Loss due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

  • Orders where points have been redeemed for member gifts.

4. Return/Exchange Fees

 

All items, such as crystal bracelets, are handmade after order placement. For non-quality-related returns/exchanges, a 30% deduction from the total refund amount will cover material costs, labor, and international shipping expenses. This fee will be directly deducted from the refund.

5. Return Process

 

Please email yanjjewelry@outlook.com to request a return address, specifying the purchaser's name and order number.

Returns must be shipped via a trackable service. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed without a valid tracking number.

 

6. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

 

Returns for non-quality issues: You are responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs. The outbound shipping fee is included in the 30% deduction (see Section IV). The return shipping cost must be paid separately by you and depends on your chosen courier service.

Returns due to our fault or logistics issues (e.g., incorrect shipment, damage during transit): We will cover the shipping costs, but you must provide a complete unboxing video as evidence for us to file a claim with the logistics provider. Applications without valid evidence will not be approved.

 

7. Processing Timeline

 

After receiving your application, we will respond with the review result within 2-3 business days. Upon approval, we will email detailed instructions for the next steps. Please check your inbox.

 

8. Refund Processing & Credit Timeline

 

Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will email you the refund review outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 72 hours.

Funds will be credited back to your original payment account, typically taking 3-7 business days to appear. Actual timing depends on your bank or payment platform's processing speed.

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe, please first contact your issuing bank/financial institution to inquire. If the bank confirms no refund record exists, email us at yanjjewelry@outlook.com for further investigation.
