Each piece, including crystal bracelets and beaded jewelry, undergoes multiple quality checks, including gemstone integrity and accessory safety (no sharp edges), to ensure compliance.

Is your jewelry original and handmade?

Yes, every piece of our designer jewelry is 100% original and handmade. We prioritize the meaning behind each piece and the warmth of handcrafted artistry over industrial perfection. Subtle imperfections are proof of our dedication to craftsmanship.

Are the materials safe? Suitable for daily wear?

The primary material is 925 silver jewelry plated with real gold. Most materials are hypoallergenic and suitable for daily wear by those with sensitive skin. We recommend removing women jewelry during bathing or exercise. Store in a jewelry pouch or box when not worn to prolong its lifespan.

Can sizes be customized?

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Please carefully verify sizes before ordering (page indicates compatible wrist circumferences). If production has begun, modifications may incur additional fees or extend lead times. Contact us promptly via email to discuss.

Can I pay in other currencies?r?

A currency converter is available on the page to view local currency prices. The final payment currency will be used for settlement.

Currently, only PayPal is supported for secure and convenient transactions.

Shipping Delivery

What are the delivery options?

Standard shipping is free for orders over $200. Other shipping methods vary by destination. The checkout page automatically displays available shipping options and their specific costs(Currently, only international logistics distribution methods are available.).

Production and delivery timeline?

Production begins within 12 hours of order placement. Items ship within 2-3 business days. Our international shipping partners typically deliver within 10-20 days post-shipment. We continuously track logistics for your peace of mind. Delivery times vary by region.

What regions are covered by delivery?

As our business is newly launched, we currently ship to the United States and Canada. Additional shipping regions will be added gradually. We welcome customers worldwide. If your region isn't currently available, please follow us,we'll notify you immediately when new regions are added.

Are customs duties or taxes an additional cost?

Two scenarios apply:
If no additional fees are noted, customers bear no extra charges.
If customer-payable taxes exist, they will be clearly labeled on the page. Customers are responsible for these fees.

After-Sales Disclaimer

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Primary principle: Ensure your delivery address is accurate! Losses/damage due to incorrect addresses are non-refundable. For delays or losses, first check the tracking link and contact the local courier. If assistance is needed, email us and we will coordinate to the best of our ability.

How are force majeure situations handled?

We cannot be held liable for compensation or refunds due to logistics delays caused by force majeure events such as flight delays, weather conditions, or customs policies. Your understanding is appreciated.

Orders After-Sales

Do you offer lifetime warranty?

Unfortunately, we do not provide lifetime warranty. As a small studio, our focus lies in creating high-quality, meaningful handmade jewelry at accessible prices—not in offering long-term repair services.

What is your after-sales policy?

We offer a Beading thread replacement service. Within one year, you may Mail it over for a free Beading thread replacement, but you will be responsible for the high international shipping costs both ways. Better solution: If the cord breaks, we can include a replacement cord free of charge with your new order.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Yes, but note the timing and associated fees:Retail Orders (1-2 items): Free cancellation within 24 hours of order placement if not yet shipped. After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee of the total order value applies if production has begun.

Multiple/Bulk Orders (3+ items per style): Free cancellation within 24 hours of order placement before shipment. After 24 hours, a 20% fee of the total order value applies if production has commenced.

Do you offer re-plating or paid repairs?

Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, we do not provide re-plating services. We view wear on the plating as a unique mark of companionship.

What are your customer service hours and response times?

Our customer service team operates Monday through Sunday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM Beijing Time (closed Saturdays). All emails will be responded to within 72 hours.
